Privacy Policy

Effective July 9, 2026

Levitation is a meditation and wellness application provided by Guider Consulting. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition.

Information Processed

Levitation may process a profile name, optional email address, password hash, preferences, unlocked rewards, and meditation summaries on your device. Session summaries include duration, time categorized as calm, neutral, or active, recovery count, score, and selected training ground.

Live EEG samples from a connected Muse headset are used to calculate immediate feedback. Raw EEG samples are not saved in session history.

Bluetooth

Bluetooth access is used only to find, connect to, and receive signals from a compatible Muse headset. Bluetooth data is processed by the app on your device.

Storage and Sharing

The current version stores profiles and meditation history locally on the device. It does not upload profile or EEG data to Guider Consulting, include advertising SDKs, or sell personal information.

Use You > Export Data to export a profile summary. Use You > Delete Profile to permanently remove that profile and its meditation history from the device.

Passwords and Recovery

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be read from the stored profile. The current local profile system does not provide cross-device synchronization or email delivery.

Children

Levitation is not currently offered as a child-directed online service. A parent or guardian should supervise use by anyone under 13. No child should enter an email address without parental permission.

Retention

Local data remains until the profile is deleted, application storage is cleared, or the app is removed. Session history is limited to the 100 most recent sessions per profile.

Changes

If data collection or sharing changes, this policy will be updated before the changed behavior is released.
